Shipping & Returns

Unlike other fancy dress stores we only charge for the exact combined weight of your purchases and not at set high shipping rate bands. The price you are quoted at checkout will always be the price you pay unless exceptional circumstances exist in which case you will be notified prior to despatch.

We use both Royal Mail Registered & Courier for 48 hour despatch. Your package will be sent by the most efficient service available at the time of purchase.

When asked for your email address please be sure it is correct or you will not receive any of the confirmation emails and we won't be able to contact you should a problem occur.

Returns Policy

Returns will be accepted in the event of the incorrect item being despatched or the item appearing to be faulty after reasonable inspection. You should let us know of any faults as soon as possible within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Before returning the parcel to us you will need a “Return Material Authorisation” number. This can be obtained either by email or over the phone. You will need to let us know the nature of the fault and confirm your order number and post code. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any parcels returned without a valid RMA number.

Please note we are under no liability for defects occurring from fair wear and tear or from damage beyond our control, negligence and misuse. We will also not accept returns on items that have been repaired or altered in any way.

In the event that you have changed your mind about your purchase then you have 7 days in which to cancel your order and return them to us. You will need to obtain a RMA number and additionally ensure that the items are returned in their original unopened/unused condition. We are not able to refund for any items that have broken seals or where any of the packaging is damaged or missing.

If you change your mind outside of the 7 days but before the end of 30 calendar days from receipt then as a gesture of goodwill we can still accept return but will refund you 80% of the original invoice less any shipping and handling costs.

Any items returned after 30 calendar days will be refused and we have no obligation to make a refund. In this event you will be contacted to see if you wish for us to dispose or resend the item. If you want the item to be resent to you then a nominal fee to cover shipping costs will be incurred.

Cost and risk of any return will be met by your expense and we recommend that you use the Royal Mail’s recorded signed for or special delivery services.

We cannot refund any outbound shipping costs which includes our packaging and handling costs.

Your refund will be made within 10 working days of receipt at our warehouse. We cannot be held liable for interest or any other payments that you incur while awaiting your refund.

Despatch note and any shipping documentation must be retained. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are accepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices; otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

All prices are shown in GBP Sterling.

Complaints

Your satisfaction is very important to us, if we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 10 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively by our administration team.
